K A N T U T A's third major recording, an album titled FIESTA which is released on KANTUTA'S record label OCARINA RECORDS and is distributed within New Zealand by EMI MUSIC.

F I E S T A album as the title suggests is a collection of party songs, THE ULTIMATE LATIN DANCE ALBUM, included on the recording are several familiar Latin-American songs which have been given new arrangements and the exciting KANTUTA treatment.

F I E S T A album also includes new original works from the KANTUTA song-writing team which showcases the fresh new direction for KANTUTA, songs inspired from international travels and life experiences. The album was recorded and produced in Auckland, New Zealand.

Taking 6 months to produce/record between the months of August-December 1996. Performing on the album as invited musicians are some of New-Zealand's finest, alongside several Australian based Latin musicians, all are considered the best in their respective musical fields.
